There be dragons...

Plus "there be dragons is a phrase used by cartographers to denote dangerous or unexplored territories, in imitation of the infrequent medieval practice of putting sea serpents and other mythological creatures in blank areas of maps." (wikipedia) New Zealand was one of those places once!

@akarui: Yes I know what you mean. I experimented with cropping but that would have taken out the element that caught my eye about this plant - that droop on the right seemed (to me) to give it an animal-like quality. Thanks for your visit and comment.
