@MadScientist: Come and visit, tourist numbers are down...we need your Euros. :) Nowhere is very far from the sea in New Zealand, I think I'd get claustrophobia if I lived in a landlocked country.
Some critics: I would try to make "foreground ( the pier)" apart from the background. Like to be there!
