@Calusarus: Thanks! These trees are known as the New Zealand Christmas tree - they flower in November/December and grow all along the coast where I live. It's a wonderful sight.

@MadScientist: Thanks MS. I love these trees. They make such a gorgeous display along the coast at this time of year - they are often referred to as the NZ christmas tree.
