What a beautiful photo - you have perfectly captured the stillness of the water and a blue sky - something we have not really seen in the past few weeks:)
The light levels look fine on my monitor, it's the thing on the left which I find off putting.

@Curly: Thanks for the comment Curly, I did debate with myself about leaving the edge of the building in, (I actually like it both with and without) but in the end I decided to leave it, it kind of gives it context or something? Maybe? :)
